AutoMapa Helpdesk Team (hot line) provides support by telephone (+48 22-584-6000) from 9 a.m. to p.m. on weekdays and by e-mail (pomoc@AutoMapa.pl) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or longer on weekdays as well as (with a slightly longer response time) on holidays and weekends.

A licence reset form for Windows and Android AutoMapa users who need to unlock their AutoMapa licence, due to a replacement of their device, its memory card or its mainboard, is available at www.AutoMapa.pl/reset

NOTE: Support by telephone can be provided in Polish and English only, while online enquiries will also be processed in German.

Simple and routine problems are solved directly. This usually takes from several minutes to several hours. If problems accumulate, i.e. directly after the release of a program or map upgrade, response time may be longer over a period of 7-10 days due to a very high number of enquiries.

The response time to a complex enquiry is subject to the type of the problem.
